Meeting began at 5:15. Councilor Dempsey and Mayor Carnicelli were delayed.
Roll Call - Councilor Jacobs, McNabb, Hunter, Dempsey, and Mayor Carnicelli – Present.
City Staff Present – John Salomone, City Manager; Corporation Counsel Thomas Leone, Corporation Counsel, City Clerk Debra McCormick; Bea O’Hora, Comptroller; Lisa Green, Assistant Comptroller, William Lupien, Director of Engineering Services.

2003-2004 Budget Work Session
City Manager John Salomone presented Council with introduction to budget and presented the budget for the following areas:
Revenue and Undistributed – All Funds
Engineering Services
Engineering
Buildings
Fire Alarms & Signals
Street Lighting
The Mayor and Council discussed these areas.
Other Business
Councilor Hunter reported that the Veterans Memorial Park memorial will be moved up closer to the sidewalk. He has worked with the Veterans group, and Public Works to coordinate.
